Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Marion County Busted Mugshots. By browsing the site or using one of its features, a visitor agrees to these conditions. A person who does not accept them should stop using the site.

Marion County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is a Florida records reference, not an investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference site stores no official Marion County record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, file a court paper, or alter a booking photograph.

The site points readers toward Marion County jail and court sources, Florida Department of Corrections resources, federal locators, and independent research tools. The office or provider operating each destination controls its own records and service.

Acceptable Use Rules

Outside Links and Providers

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking systems, sheriff and corrections websites, government portals, legal resources, news sites, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. Marion County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for another operator’s content, data practices, price, result, or availability. Review that operator’s terms before using its service.

Service Provided As Is

The site and every feature are offered “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding:

  • the accuracy, completeness, or age of information;
  • continuous or uninterrupted access;
  • the absence of errors, defects, or security flaws; or
  • the scope or quality of a partner’s search results.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Marion County Jail, a court, or another government agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marion County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or a linked service.

Florida Governing Law

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
